Dear Kate, I wish to express to you, Shane Marchenko and your Company, as well as all others involved in the most extraordinary and efficient manner in which my replacement Stairchair was handled. I was kept up to date by yourself on the various procedures which were taking place, e.g. when arrival had been received at the airport and approximate time it would take to go through security/customs etc. and then approximate dates of installation,
On the day of the installation of the chair Shane and his helper were most unobtrusive, refusing refreshments and other hospitality offered and when they had completed the task had vacuumed the staircase – it was spotless. I hasten to add that the fabric and shade of the chair fits in extremely well with the decor of my unit.
Shane was most attentive and caring instructing an 88 year old in the using of the chair, who I must hasten to add is not very accomplished with the technology of electronics we have today. Your Company shows extreme empathy towards elderly folk who live in my retirement village.
I would personally recommend your Company’s services.

AussieGlide recently installed a stairlift at our house to be used by my 92yo mother in law. Their price was competitive, which was great, and their product has a more modern design, and is less intrusive, than others. But why I’m writing this is to praise their level of service and attention to detail. Shane and Joseph went above and beyond to ensure that the stairlift worked to their high standards, spending extra time on the job and replacing things to achieve relatively minor but important improvements. I suspect many other providers may not have done that.
A well deserved five stars.
