All of our stairlifts come with a minimum 12 month warranty, some with up to 36 months.

A lift is much like a car, it needs regular maintenance to maximise safety and avoid breakdowns. All lifts should be serviced as per the manufacturer’s recommendations and SafeWork NSW require lifts to be serviced at least once every 12 months.

For outdoor stairlifts or platform lifts exposed to the elements, we would recommend a service every 6 months.

If your lift breaks down call us on 1300 LIFTS U (543 878) and we will arrange a suitable time to come and repair it.

Once installation is complete, we will send you a copy of the SafeWork NSW registration form with all of your lift details pre-filled. The owner or controller of the lift is responsible for registering the lift.

The Flow X Curved Rail Stairlift has automatic swivel and leveling technology (ASL) which means it can be installed on stairs as narrow as 650mm.

The Otolift Modul-Air Stairlift has reverse drive technology to navigate narrow stairs.

The HomeGlide Straight Rail Stairlift can be installed on stairs as narrow as 740mm.
